Pretty as a picture Hoi An! The quirky mix of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and European influences make this ancient town a photographers' paradise. We'll walk through the narrow winding streets of the old quarter past ochre-hued stone houses, lantern-filled shops and learn how to make one yourself. One of the most iconic sights is the Japanese Covered Bridge. There are also ancient temples and merchant homes over 200 years old. In the afternoon, we'll take a local boat along the river to traditional pottery villages.

High up in the hills, a bridge is causing quite a stir! The Golden Bridge seems to float above the clouds suspended by a pair of giant stone hands. This novel piece of architecture is part of a magical French-themed kingdom containing an old village, a fantastical fun park, surreal sculptures, ornate gardens with temples and labyrinths. A cable car will whisk us to the top passing over ancient rainforests, waterfalls and rolling hills. Then we get to experience the weird and wacky world of Ba Na Hills

Hop on your bike from the hotel in Hoi An to visit the colorful market where you can find many ingredients for the cooking class. Continue your trip through the beautiful countryside to Tra Que village, stop at a farmer's house to visit the vegetable fields and get some hands-on experience of farming life. Learn how to prepare special dishes with the local family and enjoy lunch

Journey to My Son, the former religious center of the Champa Kingdom, a sophisticated civilization which held sway over the region from the 4th to the 13th centuries. After a brief visit to the Visitor's Centre for an overview of Cham history and culture, visit each ruin in turn, walking along forested paths. Driving to Hoi An, start walking to explore one of Southeast Asia's major international ports during the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
